well. today i went to msia
to a plantation my dad owns
and i spent an hour uprooting ferns and chopping trees
it was fun but stifling hot.
i was wearing long sleeved shirt and jeans to prevent the mosquitoes

den after awhile we stopped and went for lunch and came back to sg
den i went for the first run i had in a long time
